Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure:

In order to qualify for a free replacement Shogun Slider the Shogun Slider Kit must have been purchased within the last year and the following RMA procedures must be followed:

Please complete the online Replacement Slider Request Form and pay for return shipping.
After you complete the RMA form, please include a copy of the Replacement Slider Request Form Receipt, the original damaged slider puck, bolt (if damaged) and original Shogun Kit receipt. NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SLIDER PUCK IS A GENUINE SHOGUN PART. WE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY OFF BRAND SLIDER PUCKS AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS.
Products must be returned by pre-paid freight. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments.
